Advocare 24 Day Challenge Check-in: Day 10

So... I told y'all I would be doing check-ins on my journey to better health! The 10 Day Cleanse on the AdvoCare program is now complete as of today! I already have more energy, I have the motivation to get into the gym even after a long day of work & school, and I feel cleaner!

The Herbal Cleanse System! !

I have lost a total of 2lbs so far... but I'm not so concerned about weight. Eating the way I am, working out consistently, and using AdvoCare products will naturally enable my body to lose weight. What I want to lose now are inches - leaning up is better than just losing weight! I have a lot of muscle from jogging and lifting weights - and remember that muscle weighs more than fat! Anyway, here are my measurements so you can accurately see my results so far:

Update: I'm an idiot and forgot to multiply my arms, calves, and thighs by 2. I never was good at math... LOL! These are the updated measurements! !
Measurements on Day 1:
3/28/12
Right Arm: 15" (x2=30")
Chest: 45"
Waist (Around Belly Button): 42.5"
Hips: 46"
Right Thigh: 29" (x2=58")
Right Calf: 17.75" (x2=35.5")
Total:  257"

Measurements on Day 10:
4/6/12
Right Arm: 14.5" (x2=29)
Chest: 43"
Waist (Around Belly Button): 42"
Hips: 46"
Right Thigh: 28" (x2=56")
Right Calf: 17.75" (x2=35.5)
Total: 251.5"
Lost: 5.5"

These are the measurements WITHOUT me doubling the thighs, calves, and arms... Gosh I'm an idiot. Can't believe I forgot to do that! ! Haha!
Measurements on Day 1:

I'VE LOST 5.5" INCHES SO FAR! !




I can't believe this is only day 10... I am more motivated than ever to get in the gym everyday of these next 14 and work it out! Just the motivation I needed to steer my health back onto the right track!

Whoooohooooooo! If I can do it, you can do it too! Don't bother waiting, just try it and believe it!
