Review: Influenster Summer Beauty Vox Box

*Drumroll please* I have finally come to the point where I can have an honest opinion on ALL the products sent to me from influenster.com and give feedback to you all!

If you haven't heard of influenster.com, you are missing out! It is an absolutely free subscription service in which you fill out various surveys to see if you qualify for "badges" and these badges are in different categories. If you qualify, you will recieve a VoxBox in your badge area once per quarter! You aren't guaranteed to be sent a box full of goodies, but you never know! The only requirement you have after being picked for a VoxBox is trying out the products you recieved and then taking a survey when prompted to answering questions about your experience. Easyyy! ;)

Clear Scalp & Hair Therapy

Packaging: I really do think that the packaging for this line is pretty clean & simple. I like that about it, since it is in a drugstore and it emulates exactly what it's name is: clear. The writing is clean cut, the bottle is a light shade, and it's just overall good packaging!

Fragrance: I absolutely LOVE the scent of this shampoo & conditioner... I can't quite put my finger on what it smells like -- somewhere in between floral & fresh -- but it smells amazing! Plus the scent truly does last all day long, which is a huge plus for me since I don't feel like that's true of most shampoos & conditioners these days!

Consistency: The consistency of the shampoo is definitely not watery - it's very concentrated. You don't need much to get the suds going... As for the conditioner, it's pretty lightweight. I definitely wouldn't use this for a deep conditioner or anything like that, but it gets the job done on a day to day basis.

Overall: I think I honestly would repurchase this to use on my hair extensions. Like most drugstore shampoos & conditioners, it has sulfates in it so I wouldn't use this on my natural hair, but for my extensions it would do the job.

Packaging: I have been a huge fan of Hawaiian Tropic packaging for a long time, and this is no exception. It's simple, to the point, cute, & functional.

Fragrance: I didn't really feel like this lotion had much of a scent... Maybe it did, but it was just so subtle... Obviously I didn't notice it! Hahaha!

Longevity: I wore this out to the beach one day and it definitely helped keep me moisturized in the sun!

Consistency: Not too thick but not too thin - this lotion was the perfect consistency.

Overall: If I needed a lightweight lotion with sun protection in the summer next year, I'd repurchase this. I always trust Hawaiian Tropic for my suntan lotions! Love their aftersun care lines too!

Packaging: Bright & fun, but convenient. I like that I can just toss this hand cream in my bag & go!

Fragrance: Love the scent of this stuff - it smells like lemon & shea butter! I love getting whiffs of it after I put it on:)

Longevity: My hands & cuticles were moisturized allllll day long!

Consistency: This is a heavier cream, which I really like in a hand lotion. A little bit of product goes a long way!

Overall: I would definitely repurchase this product. It currently is a must-have on a day to day basis in my purse so my hands don't get dry throughout the day!

Wearability: Definitely not an everyday manicure, but the nail art effect it gave me was interesting & fun!

Packaging: I like the fact that the magnet is easily a part of the overall design. You can snap it right back onto the polish so you don't lose it  since it's built into the outer cap!

Pigmentation:  HIGHLY pigmented! Just one coat is all I needed, although I did two coats just because I wanted to see if it got goopy (which it didn't! yay!).

Longevity: This manicure would have lasted a good 4-5 days if I hadn't taken it off on it's own. It wasn't going anywhere!

Consistency: Not runny at all and doesn't get too clumpy! I love the consistency of Sally Hansen nail polishes.

Overall: I probably wouldn't repurchase this because I am sort of boring when it comes to nailpolish... I liked the cool wave effect it gave me, but I don't think I would actually seek this nail effect out on a day to day basis.

Packaging: Handy & portable! I'm glad they made the packaging see-through so I can LOOK at what I'm eating before I eat it... I don't know why, but I really like that.

Flavor: SoOooOoOooO GOOD! I was really surprised! If you like oatmeals, nuts, & bananas... you will fall in love with this!

Longevity: I only had half the bar, but it held me over for a few hours until dinner time!

Consistency: Nice & nutty! Haha! That sounds weird, but it's true. It's a chewy consistency with bursts of nuts... Definitely delicious!

Overall: If I hadn't recently gone gluten-free, I would totally repurchase these! My mother plans on buying some I think since she really enjoyed trying them as well;)

Have you tried any of the products that Influenster let me try out? What did you think of them? Sorry this post is obviously late, but what better time to wrap up the summer than now? ;)

Xoxo,
Carlene
